Touring the city!!

This was an amazing experience!! You must go on this in Dubai. It was very informative, the tour guide was great and the sights were beautiful!

What a great experience a little bit of a queue to get in but nothing to worry about (weekends are worse)
The views are breathtaking and it’s all done professionally.
We opted for the luncheon at the roof top cafe it was wonderful food was lovely and well presented more a restaurant then cafe just the thing to make someone feel special (wife’s birthday)

One of the most amazing site that I've been able to have was being on top of the Khalifa an being able to see the sites of Dubai. What an amazing site it was.

A lot of waiting around before getting to the top. Views were great, but not better than in NYC. Had dinner included at rooftop restaurant (ground floor?!) Food was ok, but felt very rushed. Great views but no ambiance. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately

Nice place but safety is not a priority

LOCATION: The view and easy to access location. The entrance is in the mall so very convenient.
DINNER: Rooftop was great and a much needed escape from the crowds. We got a frew great pictures and enjoyed the fountain show from the enclosed terrace (not really Rooftop).
BURJ TOUR: The "tour" is self guided and not pleasant because of the number of people. Covid restrictions are not followed AT ALL. Personal space does not exist which I am shocked that there weren't any problems or arguments. My anxiety was high and if there was an emergency God knows how help would arrive.
In my opinion if stuffing as many people as they xan in the building and elevators was the goal then they should not charge admission. It was loud and the voice over for videos could not be heard much less enjoyed.
I expected more from my visit. Try to go early in the day because the night is just to packed to enjoy.

Disappointing - not what it sounds like when you purchase

The view from the Burj is nice and worth the visit but the lunch is awful- it’s in the ground floor leisure club and has nothing to do with the burj. Food was very very average and there was zero atmosphere as it was empty. Save your money - get a ticket to burj and forget the rest as it’s a gimmick

Over priced for what you receive

Really long wait time (over 1 hour) to go up to the top. Wasn’t clear that restaurant wasn’t on top of building but was actually on bottom floor.
