Sunset at the top of the world

The experience was amazing. The VIp room to start to the separate line to the special elevator made everything so quick. Once we got to the top we were met with some champagne and then the views. The small finger food and service was a great treat as we were waiting for the sunset. We watched it from the open deck. The VIP package was well worth it. Spend the extra to get the treatment and avoid the crowds
Breathtaking Burj

Amazing! We were worried after reading some reviews of long queues etc but from start to finish our visit to the Burj Khalifa was well organised and breath taking. We felt the extra to go to 154 was worth it. There were plenty of different viewing points and places to sit. You can go outside but be warned it can be a bit windy. Photos are expensive (although we did purchase!) but the gift shop on floor 125 or exit seemed reasonable.

Do IT!!! I went back and forth about whether or not the more expensive ticket for the higher floors and lounge was worth the extra money...After doing it and seeing the alternative, absolutely! We truly felt like VIPs on the top floor, with only another couple up there when we first arrived on the whole floor! The lounge had good snacks, cappuccino, etc, and we were never rushed to leave. We enjoyed our time watching the sun set and the city light up below. Going to the lower floors (where you are only allowed with the cheaper tickets), it was VERY crowded, long lines for the elevator coming up and going down, no free snacks and drinks..Just a completely different experience. It is pricey, but if you can afford it, worth it for the once in a lifetime experience!

It was an amazing experience! The process was smooth going up and even arriving before sunset, there was enough room for all to enjoy. Dramatic views from each floor. Going out to the balconies is an absolute must! Make sure you stay till it turns into evening. I would say the only downside is waiting for the elevator to exit on the lowest level. I recommend giving priority to this type of ticket.
Burj Khalifa is a must see in Dubai!

The total VIP experience was incredible! When they say no waiting in line they mean just that. We walked right into the staging area and were greeted by our guide who provided us with great information about the history of the building and escorted us to the elevator. Once we arrived at the 154th floor we were greeted with a glass of fruit juice and were able to take our time walking around and take pictures. The next level down we were served a variety of pastries and other sweet treats, coffee or tea. The outdoor observation deck is a must experience. The air quality was bad the night we were there so the sunset was a little disappointing. This definitely a must do if you ever get the opportunity to go to Dubai.

Fantastic views from the world’s tallest building. We would recommend paying the extra for floors 152-154 and the snacks were very good.

We spent both day and evening at the Burj Khalifa. Both must have been seen.
We will definitely return in 2026 to visit the new tower.

Yes, it costs much more for the skip the line, vip ticket… but it’s worth it. I wanted to be there for sunset. We passed line after line of people trying to get to the 124th floor economy tour. The light meal is a bit over stated, but we weren’t there for the food anyway. Coffee and sugary snacks is what to expect. 2 hours was about right.
I heard if you dont want to spring for the vip experience… go early morning to avoid crowds. The line to go up or down had to be close to an hour wait each way.

Small group is nice because you avoid the “crowd”. Access to many floors is nice as well. Snacks are all sweets so that’s was disappointing for me.

Skip the line was AWESOME! Floors 152-154 very nice except not enough places to view and there should have been a better and more carried dood selection and drinks for the price. Glad to have not been with the HUGE crowds and lines on the other floors.
Not that private or VIP

The driver picked me up at the hotel and just dumped me off at the end of the mall and told me how to find the ticket booth, which I found a little non-VIP experience. I went on Dec 30th which was a madhouse and there were hundreds of VIPs. It did help to skip the massive line, but there were still many people. The upper levels are nice and they have things well set up. That is all the Burj Khalifa however, not the tour operator. There is no real tour or info given on this. It is really just the pickup from the hotel and priority access ticket. It is not bad, but for the price, I would have thought it was a bit more private and personal.
